Intellectual Property & Content Use

All content within The Icon Society™, including but not limited to trainings, videos, modules, live calls, recordings, templates, frameworks, scripts, branding, graphics, strategies, systems, ideas, workflows, downloads, resources, and educational materials, is the exclusive property of The Icon Society LLC.

All content is provided for personal educational use only.

You may not:

• ✦Reproduce, copy, distribute, share, resell, or republish any content from The Icon Society™
• ✦Repurpose or recreate The Icon Society™ content, frameworks, systems, or ideas into your own course, mentorship, coaching program, membership, or offer
• ✦Teach, train, coach, or sell The Icon Society™ materials outside of this community
• ✦Share recordings, screenshots, downloads, resources, or internal information publicly or privately outside of the community
• ✦Create derivative content that is substantially similar in structure, messaging, delivery, branding, or strategy to The Icon Society™

These restrictions apply whether content is copied directly, paraphrased, imitated, recreated, or closely modeled after The Icon Society™ materials.

Community Access & Account Sharing

Access to The Icon Society™ is granted to one individual per account.

You may not:

• ✦Share your login information with any other individual
• ✦Allow unauthorized individuals to access community materials, calls, downloads, trainings, or resources
• ✦Share paid content with non-members in any format

Unauthorized account sharing or access may result in immediate removal from the community without refund.

Confidentiality

The Icon Society™ is a private community.

By participating in this community, you agree to:

• ✦Keep all internal content, discussions, trainings, mentorship, and resources confidential
• ✦Respect the privacy of community members, mentors, collaborators, and leadership
• ✦Not share private conversations, screenshots, recordings, or discussions outside of the community without permission

Community Conduct & Ethics

The Icon Society™ is built on professionalism, integrity, respect, collaboration, and ethical business practices.

By participating in this community, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner toward all members, affiliates, mentors, leadership, and outside communities.

The following behaviors are prohibited:

• ✦Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or disrespectful conduct
• ✦Hate speech, discrimination, threats, or abusive language
• ✦Defamation or intentional harm toward another creator, brand, business, or community
• ✦Spam, unauthorized solicitation, or disruptive behavior
• ✦Promoting unethical or deceptive business practices
• ✦Attempting to divide, manipulate, or create unnecessary conflict within the community

The Icon Society LLC reserves the right to remove any member whose behavior is determined to negatively impact the safety, culture, integrity, or reputation of the community.

Affiliate Agreement & Ethical Marketing Standards

By participating as an affiliate, collaborator, promoter, or representative of The Icon Society™, you acknowledge that you are representing not only yourself, but also The Icon Society™ brand, leadership, and community.

All affiliates are expected to promote The Icon Society™ with professionalism, honesty, integrity, and respect.

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• ✦Represent The Icon Society™ accurately and ethically.
• ✦Promote the program in a way that aligns with the values, culture, and reputation of The Icon Society™.
• ✦Respect fellow affiliates, mentors, leadership, and community members.
• ✦Maintain professionalism in your public and private communications regarding The Icon Society™.
• ✦Use honest and accurate marketing when discussing The Icon Society™, its programs, pricing, and opportunities.
• ✦Comply with all applicable advertising, marketing, and disclosure requirements.
• ✦Understand that affiliate commissions are earned only on completed, successful transactions. If a transaction is later refunded, canceled, disputed, charged back, reversed, or determined to be fraudulent, any commission associated with that transaction may be reversed, deducted from future affiliate payouts, or otherwise recovered by The Icon Society LLC.

Affiliates may not:

• ✦Poach, redirect, or interfere with another affiliate's leads, customers, or audience.
• ✦Misrepresent themselves as another creator, mentor, or representative of The Icon Society™.
• ✦Use deceptive, unethical, or misleading sales or marketing practices.
• ✦Make false, misleading, or exaggerated income claims, or guarantee financial success or specific results.
• ✦Misrepresent The Icon Society™, its programs, pricing, opportunities, or community.
• ✦Share false, misleading, defamatory, or intentionally damaging statements about The Icon Society™, its programs, or its leadership, including Ellison Taylor and Annabella Hale.
• ✦Promote The Icon Society™ in a manner that negatively impacts the integrity, values, culture, or reputation of the brand or community.

No Guarantee of Results

The Icon Society™ provides educational information, mentorship, guidance, and resources. We do not guarantee financial success, income, business growth, audience growth, or specific results.

Individual success depends on many factors, including effort, consistency, experience, skill level, market conditions, and implementation.

Any examples of income, testimonials, wins, or success stories shared within The Icon Society™ are not guarantees of future results.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of digital products, The Icon Society™ and the immediate access provided to proprietary materials, trainings, and resources, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued.

Enforcement

Failure to comply with these Terms & Community Guidelines may result in:

• ✦Immediate removal from The Icon Society™ without refund
• ✦Revocation of access to all trainings, materials, calls, resources, and community spaces
• ✦Removal from affiliate participation opportunities
• ✦Reversal or recovery of affiliate commissions associated with refunded, disputed, canceled, fraudulent, or charged-back transactions
• ✦Additional action where permitted by applicable law

The Icon Society LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Community Guidelines at any time without prior notice.

Agreement

By accessing, purchasing, participating in, or promoting The Icon Society™ in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Community Guidelines.
